In this episode I am going to briefly explain the importance of correcting poor posture when you have back pain.
I will guide you through an analogy that will help you to become more aware of your posture and then I will show you 2 stretches and 2 exercises that you can do to help correct a forward head posture (also known as a hunchback posture).
