• As a condition of your use of this Site and purchasing a Muscle Box Subscription, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age or are visiting the Site under the supervision of an adult or guardian and that you possess the authority to enter into a binding legal agreement.
• It is the subscribers responsibility to check the ingredients carefully in each product in the Muscle Box. You may have allergies or special dietary requirements to which Musclebox Me Inc its partners, directors, staff can not be held responsible for.
• If you wish to cancel your subscription, it must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to the next scheduled renewal date to avoid charges. Cancel your subscription via the user control panel at Musclebox.me or email hello@musclebox.me.
• All new subscriptions will be billed immediately on subscription signup, renewal dates for your second box are clearly listed at checkout and on your welcome email..
• IF YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A PRORATED REFUND OF ANY PORTION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE PAID FOR THE THEN-CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD.
• All pricing is in United States dollars.
• USA customers - Your total price will include the price of the product plus any applicable sales tax; such state and local sales tax is based on the shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time you purchase the product. We will charge tax only in states where the goods sold over the internet is taxable. For the purpose of taxation, your subscription is considered as "one sale every financial year" paid monthly in advance over the period of you scheduled payments. If you have any problems with your box or product and are not completely satisfied please contact our team at Hello@musclebox.me and out help team will fix or exchange any items you are not happy with within reason. Our subscription box is designed to provide an exciting and surprise-filled experience for our valued customers. Each box is carefully curated with a selection of high-quality items, handpicked by our team of experts. The surprise element is an integral part of the subscription box concept, intended to bring joy and anticipation with every delivery. We do not offer the option to choose specific items within the subscription box. Coupons, Discount Policy Musclebox has the right to accept, decline or limit the use of ANY coupon(s). Musclebox has the right to limit the quantity of coupons and/or items purchased in a single transaction, by a single Customer, or in a single day. Coupons will be limited to no more than one (1) per subscription, cart and user. Coupons will be limited to redemption from products currently on-hand at the store location. All coupons will be accepted at face value. Expired coupons will not be accepted. Refund Policy Any merchandise purchased from our site will be shipped by a third party carrier. As a result, title and risk of loss or damage for such merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. All missing or damaged shipments or items must be reported within 30 days of shipping to qualify for a replacement or refund based on product availability. All replacement items must be reported within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement. If the product is available, a replacement will be shipped and a refund will not be issued or considered. Damaged items must be reported and include a photo in the ticket submission. Damaged items will be reviewed by the support agent and a replacement will be issued only for damaged products and does not cover or include packaging of said item. Blemishes to packaging will not be considered as part of a damaged item. All refunds will be at the discretion of customer support. Zero refund policy for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. It is the responsibility of our customers to ensure that their shipping addresses are accurate and up to date at the time of purchase. Maintaining accurate address information is crucial for the successful delivery of our products. In cases where a customer's order is shipped to an incorrect address and subsequently returned to us, we are unable to issue a refund.
