The Muscle Box unisex catering for both men and women. Items will be tailored to you regarding size and sex. If you receive a item that was meant for the opposite gender please contact us and we will happily send you the right one at no extra cost.

When I signup, how often am I charged?
We currently offer 1 month subscriptions were the subscriber will be charged at the time of signup and then again on the 5th of every month after.
We plan to introduce 3 and 6 month subscription plans with discounts in the near future.
Can you really cancel at anytime with no cost?
Yes you are able to cancel at anytime and we will not charge you any fees, cancellation costs etc.
We do have the following conditions on cancellation
- To cancel your subscription at anytime you must do the following at least 48 hours prior to the next scheduled renewal date to avoid charges. Cancel your subscription via the user control panel or contact us.
- IF YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A PRORATED REFUND OF ANY PORTION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE PAID FOR THE THEN-CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD.
How do i cancel my subscription?

I signed up for one month, why did I get billed again?
Your Muscle Box subscription will renew automatically each month unless you cancel via contacting us or the cancel button in your user account.

If i cancel will i get a refund on any outstanding portions of the subscription i have paid?
No refunds will be given for payments of a subscription already paid.
This is stated at signup and in our terms and conditions.
Can i buy the Muscle Box as a one of gift for someone?
Yes in the near future we will be adding a gift subscription feature. This will enable you to buy and ship the Muscle Box for a certain amount of months as a gift that will not auto renew after.
Shipping
When is the Muscle Box sent out?
At the end of every month Muscle Boxes are shipped strategically to arrive just before the new month.
Shipping takes between 3 to 10 working days for USA subscribers.
International subscribers should expect to wait up to 12 working days.
Where do you ship to?
The first box will only be shipping to USA and Canadian subscribers but we are on track to ship to Australia, UK and New Zealand just after mid 2015.
Before the end of 2015 we plan or rolling out shipping to major European countries just before opening shipping to worldwide subscribers by 2016.
