  The team at Musclebox.me know how long and boring terms and conditions can be. We also want our subscribers to understand all our terms and conditions to make all aspects of using our subscription box fun, entertaining and rewarding. To help promote a fun and enjoyable experience we have noted a few conditions which will benefit some key aspects of using our service below in point form. Please read these carefully along with the whole list of terms and conditions.

• As a condition of your use of this Site and purchasing a Muscle Box Subscription, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age or are visiting the Site under the supervision of an adult or guardian and that you possess the authority to enter into a binding legal agreement.
• It is the subscribers responsibility to check carefully the ingredients in each product in the Muscle Box. You may have allergies or special dietary requirements to which  Musclebox Me Inc its partners, directors, staff can not be held responsible for.
• To cancel your subscription at anytime you must do the following at least 48 hours prior to the next scheduled renewal date to avoid charges. Cancel your subscription via the user control panel at Musclebox.me or email hello@musclebox.me.
• All new subscriptions will be billed immediately on subscription signup, then have renewal dates for your second box are clearly listed at checkout and on your welcome email..
• IF YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A PRORATED REFUND OF ANY PORTION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE PAID FOR THE THEN-CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD.
• All pricing is in United Statse dollars.
• USA customers - Your total price will include the price of the product plus any applicable sales tax; such state and local sales tax is based on the shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time you purchase the product. We will charge tax only in states where the goods sold over the internet is taxable. For the purpose of taxation, your subscription is considered as "one sale every financial year" paid monthly in advance over the period of you sceduled payments. If you require your yearly Tax Summary, please contact us.
• INTERNATIONAL customers - Additional shipping, taxes and customs charges may be applicable to your subscription and charged to your account. We make no representation that materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use outside the United States. If you choose to access this Site from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy Our aim is to make every subscriber happy with there box, contents and the Musclebox experience. If you have any problems with your box or product and are not completely satisfied please contact our team at Hello@musclebox.me and out help team will fix or exchange any items you are not happy with within reason. Coupons, Discount Policy Musclebox has the right to accept, decline or limit the use of ANY coupon(s). Musclebox has the right to limit the quantity of coupons and/or items purchased in a single transaction, by a single Customer, or in a single day. Coupons will be limited to no more than one (1) per subscription, cart and user. Coupons will be limited to redemption from products currently on-hand at the store location. All coupons will be accepted at face value. Expired coupons will not be accepted. Refund Policy Any merchandise purchased from our site will be shipped by a third party carrier. As a result, title and risk of loss or damage for such merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. All missing or damaged shipments or items must be reported within 30 days of shipping to qualify for a replacement or refund based on product availability. All replacement items must be reported within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement. If the product is available, a replacement will be shipped and a refund will not be issued or considered. Damaged items must be reported and include a photo in the ticket submission. Damaged items will be reviewed by the support agent and a replacement will be issued only for damaged products and does not cover or include packaging of said item. Blemishes to packaging will not be considered as part of a damaged item. All refunds will be at the discretion of customer support. Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service. The products or services available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites.
